A monoclonal antibody produced by hybridoma cells raised against full-length enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP). This antibody recognizes native and denatured forms of EGFP, destabilized EGFP variants, ECFP, EYFP, EBFP, wild-type GFP, GFPuv, and AcGFP in bacterial and mammalian cell lysates.
