PrimeScript One Step RT-PCR Kit
This one-step RT-PCR kit allows efficient, specific cDNA synthesis and amplification in a single tube for endpoint analysis (e.g., gel electrophoresis). The kit features a streamlined workflow that does not require addition of reagents between the cDNA synthesis and amplification steps. The PrimeScript One Step RT-PCR Kit includes PrimeScript RT, an RNAse H-minus MMLV reverse transcriptase that allows robust reverse transcription of almost any RNA template, including GC-rich or highly structured RNA. To enable cDNA amplification, this one-step RT-PCR kit also includes Takara Ex Taq hot-start (HS) DNA polymerase, a thermostable polymerase that allows robust, specific amplification and is formulated for hot-start PCR. Thanks to the PrimeScript One Step Enzyme Mix, sample handling time and the risk of contamination are minimized. The PrimeScript One Step RT-PCR Kit (Dye Plus) also includes electrophoresis loading dyes (blue and yellow) in the premix to further reduce sample handling steps and allow visual confirmation of gel loading.

Fast and accurate quantification
This one-step RT-PCR kit is powered by PrimeScript RT, which has exceptionally strong strand displacement activity. PrimeScript RT is robust, versatile, and well-suited for applications requiring full-length cDNA synthesis. First introduced in Japan, PrimeScript RT is now available to scientists worldwide. Over 3,700 peer-reviewed articles have been published in which PrimeScript RT is used for a variety of applications, including gene expression studies, gene discovery, transcriptome analysis, miRNA expression and regulation analysis, molecular evolution, virology, and microbiology.
