Chris Sontag, PhD

Dr. Chris Sontag is a Market Strategy Manager and has worked at Takara Bio USA for over six years. This follows more than ten years of experience in neuroscience and stem cell research. In his role at Takara Bio, Chris researches and develops the strategy and roadmap for our molecular diagnostics portfolio. This involves staying in touch with the latest trends and developments in clinical research and applications; understanding and applying a wide portfolio of PCR, qPCR, and NGS reagents and instruments to workflows; and managing the design and development of new products and technologies.
