Plasmid transfection
Increasing the amount of plasmid DNA and transfection reagent mixture increases transfection efficiency. Unfortunately, since most transfection reagents damage cells during transfection, simply using more is not always an option. Our Xfect reagent is a biodegradable transfection polymer that has been screened for its very low cytotoxicity profile and high transfection efficiency. Choose between Xfect Transfection Reagent, Xfect mESC Transfection Reagent, or Xfect Single Shots. If you prefer to use calcium phosphate instead, try our calcium phosphate transfection kit for consistent transfection efficiency.
