Retroviral vector systems
MMLV and MSCV-based retroviral systems are some of the most efficient methods for permanently delivering genes into dividing cells. Living Colors fluorescent retroviral vectors are available to express your protein as a fusion to one of several fluorescent proteins, or simultaneously with an IRES-linked fluorescent marker. For inducible expression in a Retro-X Q Vector, choose the retroviral tetracycline-inducible system.
