Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix
Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix is designed to be simply combined with your own primers and probes and lyophilized for your assay development. The liquid master mix contains the same chemistry as One Step PrimeScript III RT-PCR Mix (Cat. # RR600A & RR600B) but includes an excipient to be directly incorporated into a lyophilization process—no additional excipients are required.
