Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire (AIRR) Community of The Antibody Society
Solutions for unbiased immune repertoire profiling
The AIRR Community Meeting VII – Learnings and Perspectives was a premiere gathering for experts and innovators in the generation, curation, and analysis of antibody/B-cell and T-cell receptors. We shared our comprehensive solutions across NGS, qPCR, cloning, nucleic acid purification, gene delivery, functional genomics, and more that support research in understanding adaptive immunity.
Featured talk
Evaluation of SMART-Seq Human BCR (with UMIs) for unbiased BCR repertoire profiling
In this talk, Takara Bio R&D group leader Shaveta Goyal presented data showing that SMART-Seq Human BCR (with UMIs) is free of biases introduced by PCR, primers, and sequencing instruments. This technology also provides excellent reproducibility, and the sensitivity to capture low abundance clonotypes.
Poster presentation
Evaluation of SMART-Seq Human BCR (with UMIs) for unbiased BCR repertoire profiling
With this poster, Takara Bio R&D group leader Shaveta Goya showed that SMART-Seq Human BCR (with UMIs) effectively detected specific recombination events for heavy chain isotypes across nine monoclonal B-cell lines, at frequencies corresponding to spike-in percentages or known expression levels. Deep analysis of BCR repertoires can provide profound insight into both healthy and diseased immune systems.
