NucleoGone Endonuclease
NucleoGone Endonuclease is genetically engineered to efficiently degrade a variety of DNA and RNA types, including single-stranded, double-stranded, linear, and circular forms, under a wide range of reaction conditions. It can also be used to remove existing nucleic acids from host cells during protein and viral particle purification.
Overview
- Degrade DNA and RNA (single-stranded, double-stranded, linear, and circular forms) across a wide range of conditions
- Reduce viscosity of cell lysates during protein purification
- Remove genomic DNA derived from host cells during virus purification, such as in AAV production
