ICELL8 Single-Cell System technical specifications
The original ICELL8 Single-Cell System is an automated, open platform for high-throughput single-cell isolation, visualization, and processing. The system consists of two major hardware components: the ICELL8 MultiSample NanoDispenser (MSND) and the ICELL8 Imaging System. Cell and reagent dispensing into 5,184-nanowell chips is automated using the ICELL8 MSND, which can accommodate up to eight samples at a time. The ICELL8 Imaging System is designed for scanning and acquiring images of samples (e.g., cells, nuclei, or spheroids) dispensed into an ICELL8 chip. Use of the system's imaging channels with cellular dyes allows for assessment of cell viability.
