Overview: Integrated single-cell analysis with the ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System

To educate and inform our customers about the latest developments in single-cell automation, we have created the following videos and webinars describing ICELL8 technology and the wide variety of applications for which it can be used.
In this video, we introduce the features of Cogent NGS Analysis Pipeline and Cogent NGS Discovery Software bioinformatic tools for analyzing your single-cell NGS data. Sequencing data produced from applications run on the ICELL8 single-cell systems are first demultiplexed and analyzed with the Cogent NGS Analysis Pipeline. The R cluster data file or raw gene expression matrix and metadata files output from this analysis can then be input into the Cogent NGS Discovery Software, a tool that provides the user control to perform QC filtering, normalization, and transformation to visualize the data output into publication-ready charts.
Note: This video refers to "mappa" and "hanta" software, which are older versions of our Cogent NGS tools, Cogent NGS Analysis Pipeline and Cogent NGS Discovery Software, respectively.

On-demand webinar: automating cardiomyocyte research using the ICELL8 Single-Cell System
Single-cell genomic studies of cardiomyocytes can be difficult due to the cells' large size and fragility. Recently, researchers at the Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research were able to use the ICELL8 Single-Cell System to overcome the challenges with handling mono- and multi-nucleated cardiomyocytes.
