Overview
Cogent NGS Immune Viewer is a web-based tool that allows you to quickly generate tabulated data output and publication-ready plots of your immune profiling data. For use with CSV file output created by Cogent NGS Immune Profiler (CogentIP) v1.5 or later.

- Visualize immune profiling data generated from Cogent IP
- Download annotated repertoire table of TCR/BCR clonotypes and publication-ready figures, including CDR3 length distribution plots, V/J usage plots, and chord diagrams showing V-J pairings
