The SMART-Seq DE3 Demultiplexer software is only for use with the sequencing data generated with the SMART-Seq mRNA 3′ DE (formerly the SMART-Seq v4 3′ DE Kit).

- SMART-Seq DE3 Demultiplexer software (.jar file)
- A PDF user guide
- The EULA agreed to above
- Paired-end sample data files that can be used to test the software

The Demultiplexer has been tested on the following operating systems:
- Windows 7, Windows 10
- macOS X El Capitan (v10.11)
- Ubuntu 16.4
