The pAUR vector series includes six E. coli-yeast shuttle vectors, each constructed for a particular application in either Saccharomyces cercevisiae, Schizosaccharomyces, Saccharomyces pombe, or Aspergillis nidulans. These vectors include a novel drug-resistance selective marker that confers Aureobasidin A resistance to transformed yeast or filamentous fungal species.
