BAC purification
We offer NucleoBond and NucleoSpin products for purifying large-construct DNA such as bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs). The NucleoBond Xtra BAC and NucleoBond BAC 100 kits provide anion exchange-based purification of transfection-grade, large-construct DNA. The NucleoBond Xtra BAC kit includes an optimized column filter for more efficient purification and a lysis indicator to maximize yield. The NucleoSpin 96 Flash kit provides rapid, high-throughput isolation of sequencing-grade, large-construct DNA.
