We are excited to announce that we recently changed our company name to Takara Bio USA, Inc. We are a proud member of the Takara Bio Group and our new name reflects our place in the worldwide Takara Bio family. We will continue to use the Clontech name in our Clontech brand products, just as we continue our commitment to understanding and meeting the quality needs of all our customers. Our product portfolio also includes Takara brand products, with a long history of excellence in PCR enzymes, and Cellartis brand products, providing innovation in stem cell reagents and services.
