Embgenix Analysis Software

Cloud-based Embgenix Analysis Software enables analysis of sequencing data generated using Embgenix kits. It provides an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) for importing FASTQ files and generating reports on identified copy number variations (CNVs), including chromosomal, segmental, and mosaic aneuploidies. A proprietary algorithm is used for computing Calculated Copy Numbers (CCNs) using bin counts against an internally configured reference.
