Corystein (Purothionin) reagent
Corystein (purothionin) is a polypeptide purified from wheat endosperm. It catalyzes the correct formation of disulfide bonds in proteins. Corystein reagent can be used alone or together with thioredoxin to reform disulfide bonds on a variety of proteins.
